Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be sent in writing to Celine Beneke – celine.beneke@mrc.ac.za
Cancellations received before 01 March 2025 will qualify for a refund that is 25% less than the original amount paid to cover administration costs.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person before 15 March 2025 without incurring any cost penalty.
Refunds and cancellations received after 01 March 2025 will be made in exceptional circumstances.
Please note, that the payment for refunds will be processed 30 days after the last day of the conference.
